I started learning Tai Chi Qigong (the Qi Circulation Techniques of Tai Chi) online in March 2019. After more than a year of study and understanding, I think Tai Chi Qigong (the Qi Circulation Techniques of Tai Chi) is indeed a great tool for fitness and health.
I am a patient with multiple diseases (sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage, diabetes, 3~4 intervertebral disc bulging, 4~5 intervertebral disc herniation), but through the practice of this exercise, my symptoms have improved greatly:
First, fasting blood sugar can be controlled at around 6.5.
Second, it feels like the movement in the lumbar spine has basically reached a much greater level of freedom. In the past, I had to step on a stool to put on shoes, but now I can squat freely.
Third, the sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage caused my fingers to be unable to straighten, but now they can be straightened once more.
The above is what I have gained from learning Tai Chi Qigong. Here I would like to sincerely thank Tai Chi Qigong for the physical changes it has brought to me. I would especially like to thank Master Xue Wenyu for the love he has shown in passing on and spreading the great ancient practice of Tai Chi Qigong (the Qi Circulation Techniques of Tai Chi).
Thanks also to Teacher Cai Lihua for her tireless teaching by words and demonstrations. I am determined to keep practicing and be a disseminator of positive energy so that more people in need around me can benefit from it like I benefitted myself.
